Purfey as President, Chief Executive Officer and member of its Board of Directors. He is a highly accomplished and credentialed financial professional with 30 years of expertise in the fields of business and finance.

Ken Purfey is the first and only person in the United States to have attained all four financial certifications: CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CFM (Certified Financial Manager), CMA (Certified Management Accountant) and CFP (Certified Financial Planner). He also holds an MBA in Finance and an Electrical Engineering (BE) degree.

Purfey has extensive stock exchange experience and in 1996 served as a Special Advisor to the U.S. State Department and the Russian government to assist with the formation of the Moscow and Vladivostok Stock Exchanges. During his career he has been a key player in 70 acquisitions totaling over $15 billion and has consulted on mergers as large as $7 billion with major Wall Street firms. His previous employment has included Certified International Solutions, Infrastructure Defense Inc., British Petroleum, Freeport McMoRan, and Rockwell International.

He is the published author of Mergers & Acquisitions and Cash Management in the Handbook of Financial Technology (CRC Press). Purfey was also an Adjunct professor of Finance at Robert Morris College, Duquesne University, and the University of New Orleans. His other professional accomplishments include being the founding father of two charitable organizations: the ERI Educational Foundation and the ASPIRE Foundation for needy children.
