Keller Manufacturing Consolidates Corydon and New Salisbury Plants.

CORYDON, Ind.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 25, 2003

The Keller Manufacturing Company, Inc. (OTCBB:KMFC) (the "Company") announces today that, effective immediately, the Company will begin the consolidation of the operations of its Corydon, Indiana facility into the Company's New Salisbury, Indiana facility. Following a period of transition, management of the Company anticipates that all operations at the plant located at Corydon will cease completely by December 31, 2003. The New Salisbury plant, which is approximately 203,000 square feet, will house the corporate headquarters and all production operations going forward.
