Keithley Receives Prestigious Award Recognizing Excellence in Semiconductor Manufacturing Measurement Products.

CLEVELAND -- Keithley Instruments, Inc. (NYSE:KEI), a leader in solutions for emerging measurement needs, announces it has received the prestigious Editors' Choice Best Product Award, presented annually by "Semiconductor International" magazine, for its Model 4200-SCS Semiconductor Characterization System with Pulse I-V (PIV) Package.
