, announced today that Keith A. Pickavance has been appointed head of Hill's operations in Hong Kong, China. Pickavance, who was formerly based out of Hill's London office, remains a Senior Vice President with the company.

Pickavance, with over 30 years of construction experience, is a world-renowned expert in construction claims, particularly in the area of scheduling. He has been appointed an expert, arbitrator or adjudicator ad·ju·di·cate
