Keeping the PLGR in place.

Dear MSG MSG: see glutamic acid.  HalF-Mast,

I am looking for an NSN NSN National Stock Number
NSN Nokia Siemens Networks
NSN National Storytelling Network
NSN NATO Stock Number
NSN New Substances Notification (CEPA)
NSN National Student Number (NZ)
NSN Never Say Never
for a locking bracket or bar that I can use to secure the PLGR PLGR Precision Lightweight GPS Receiver (US DoD)
PLGR Plunger
 in its vehicle mount.

SSG SSG

staff sergeant
 R.T.

Dear Sergeant R. T.,

There is no official locking bracket or bar in the supply system to keep the PLGR secure. However, you can make one like the folks in the 1st Car at Ft Hood did.

If you want their sketches and a photo so you can fabricate a security bracket for your PLGR, go to the PM GPS website at: http://army-gps.robins.af.mil/tech/default.htm Once there, click on the link:

PLGR Security Bracket.

If you have questions about the bracket, email tech support at:

Army.GPS@robins.af.mil

Or call them at DSN 468-1109 or (478) 926-1109.

Half-Mast
