Keenan Names Lee Exton New Vice President of Healthcare Division; Dedicated to Expanding Services to Hospitals & Medical Groups.

TORRANCE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 30, 2004

Keenan, the largest privately held brokerage firm in California, today announced the appointment of Lee Exton as Keenan's new vice President of Healthcare.

Jim Tinyo, senior vice president, Healthcare, says, "We are happy to welcome Lee to Keenan. His recognized expertise and results oriented approach to helping clients select the right employee benefit options, well fits with Keenan strategic initiative to grow our healthcare practice."

In his new role, Exton will focus on expanding Keenan's current employee benefits consulting practice for hospitals and medical groups. His first assignment will be to lead a first of its kind survey to accurately assess the unique employee benefit needs of medical groups. This evaluation will assist Keenan in developing forward thinking approaches and product. Survey results are anticipated to be available in June.
