Insilco Technologies, Inc. has retained Keen Realty, LLC to market for higher and better offers their former cable manufacturing facility located in Hiddenite, NC. Insilco filed for Chapter 11 protection in the United States Bankruptcy Court in the District of Delaware on December 16, 2002.
