Kaye Adams: I've ad it up to here with silly adverts especially that one for moist toilet tissue - pass the sickbag.

Byline: Kaye Adams

SO Domestos' talking germ is too scary to be played near children's TV. Has anyone from the Advertising Standards Agency ever watched some of the cartoons the ads are wrapped around? They make the talking germ look like Andy Pandy. I've never quite understood people who get too upset about adverts, especially the ones who get so irate they put pen to paper.

I hated the Sophie Dahl ad where she was splayed out like a sacrificial offering to flog some perfume, I'd even go so far as to say I found it offensive. And, like most other people, I'd like to have seen the crazy frog, right, boiled alive then dismembered - but they were never going to turn me into 'Angry of Glasgow'.

Everyone has a tipping point though and a big blue knicker-clad bum is mine. I don't know about pen and paper but ads for a 'moist toilet tissue' which all but say 'check this for skid-marks' make me reach for the sick-bag
