GREENSBORO -- Flat Rock-based kayak maker Liquidlogic merged with competitor Legacy Paddle-sports. Terms were not disclosed. Legacy's employment will increase from 105 to about 120 employees when the deal closes by the end of this month. Liquidlogic's research, development and customer service will remain in Flat Rock.
