Kaufman gets Kiss on Seventh Ave.


The Kaufman Organization recently brokered a lease for contemporary, junior clothing company Hot Kiss at 530 Seventh Ave.

 Michael Heaner and Grant Greenspan of the Kaufman Organization, who represented both the tenant and the landlord in the transaction, the company signed a five-year lease for 4,700 s/f of space.

Although the terms of the lease were undisclosed, the asking price for the space was $45 per square foot. The tenant was previously located at 1466 Broadway. Hot Kiss was founded by designer Moshe Tsabag, former president of YES Clothing Company.

A contemporary junior clothing line, Hot Kiss has been featured in prominent fashion magazines such as Marie Claire Marie Claire is a monthly woman’s magazine conceived in France but also distributed in other countries with editions specific to them and in their languages. While each country shares its own special voice with its audience, the United States edition focuses on women , InStyle and Lucky.

The 30-story, 450,000-square-foot building located in the heart of the Fashion District features a spectacular newly renovated lobby and floors.
