Kaufman closes four deals at 450 Seventh Avenue.


The Kaufman Organization is announcing the signing of four deals at 450 Seventh Avenue, one of the top buildings in the Fashion District. Asking prices were in the mid-$30/ square foot range.

Possibilities Trading Corp., a two-division company headquartered in Montreal that designs and produces ladies fashions for select large retailers throughout Canada, USA and Internationally, has renewed 2,256 square feet for an additional 3-year lease. Barbara Raskob represented the Kaufman Organization.

R.W. Ellwood & Co., Inc., a wholesaler of municipal bonds, took 1,600 square feet in a 5-year deal. The Kaufman Organization will be renovating the space to include two offices with glass insets, a new open area, a wet pantry, and new carpet and paint. Raskob represented the Kaufman Organization; Ross Zimbalist of Hunter Realty represented the tenant.
