Kaufman Organization.

The Kaufman Organization announced the following transactions:

* A ten-year 1,200 s/f expansion lease for Luxe Den Salon, one of New York's premier spas for hair, nails, color and skincare. Steven J. Kaufman, president of the Kaufman Organization and Barbara Raskob represented the landlord and the tenant.

* A seven-year lease for 7,500 s/fat 240 West 37th Street for Design for All, LLC, a private label manufacturing company of ladies sportswear. Asking rent for the space was $33 psf. Howard Rosenblum and Grant Greenspan of the Kaufman Organization represented the tenant, while Joseph Mangiacotti of CBRE represented the landlord.
