) of Commerce City, Colo., has introduced an Automatic Debaling System that is designed to "de-densify" and meter baled materials with or without size reduction as required by the application.

In a press release, the company says that debaling can reduce manpower and increase throughput compared to manual means of separation.

 in a variety of settings to accomplish different material outputs for such uses as reducing bulk feeding of bales to pulpers or shredders and allowing inspection of material for tramp metals and other contaminants. KWS says the debaling system also proves a more consistent stream of material for an operation.
