Curtin, 49 years old, served from 1998 to 2002 as Executive Vice President for Bank of America with responsibility for all commercial banking activities in the eight-state Midwest Region. During this period she led more than 200 employees generating annual revenue of approximately $400 million. In 1996, Curtin was one of three selected to design a new staffing and client delivery model for Bank of America's U.S. Corporate Bank. Earlier, at Continental Bank, she was manager of the Leasing division and of the Leasing and Transportation divisions, and chaired a multi-department committee which established and implemented bank-wide client relationship performance standards for Continental Bank's Client Focus initiative. Curtin currently serves as an outside consultant providing financial and marketing services to clients of Paradigm Group Ltd., including advising the State of Illinois on the structure and management of the State's first venture capital fund portfolio.
