Kaplan Kaplan may refer to one of the following:

 Management Consultants, of Melville, NY, has purchased a Commack Commack (kō`măk), uninc. town (1990 pop. 36,124), Suffolk co., SE N.Y., on central Long Island. It is chiefly residential. , NY, building for $1.04 million in a deal arranged by Sutton Sutton, outer borough (1991 pop. 164,300) of Greater London, SE England. It is mainly residential, but plastics, chemicals, radio components, and paper goods are produced. The areas of Sutton were mentioned in the Domesday Book.  & Edwards Inc./TCN Worldwide.

The company, a tax accounting firm bought 312 Commack Rd., Commack, a 3,931s/f building. Kaplan formerly occupied leased office space at 999 Walt Whitman Rd., Melville.

"Kaplan, like many other tenants on Long Island, would rather own property than continue leasing space," said Gus Nuzzolese, Sutton & Edwards senior executive director, who along with Daniel Thompson Daniel Thompson (1935 - 2004) was a Cleveland poet, civil rights activist and advocate for the homeless. Thompson became the first honored "Poet Laureate" for Cuyahoga County, Ohio. Activism
Thompson contributed poems to the Homeless Grapevine newspaper and wall calendar.

The seller, Dean Catanzaro, was represented by Sharon Langdon, of Millennium Commercial & Investment.
