Kansas representative has gone 'paperless' too.

I appreciated your articles on the use of technology in legislative offices in the June 2003 issue of State Legislatures. As a freshman legislator LEGISLATOR. One who makes laws.

My constituents love the frequent contact (but not so frequent as to be annoying) and are comfortable dropping me e-mail when it is convenient for them. The positive response has been overwhelming, and I am looking into running a paperless campaign with an on-line contribution tool. Thanks for highlighting this easy and cheaper correspondence option.

 Committee. We went partly paperless last year. The hearings were live on the Internet, and we software enabled us to used sharing that mark up bills simultaneously.
