Kansas Wheat Commission.

The Kansas Wheat Commission, Manhattan, Kan., has elected Bruce Wilkens, a Scott City, Kan., wheat producer, to serve as chairman for the 2002 fiscal year. Ken Palmgren of Edson will serve as vice-chairman, and Betty Bunck of Everest will continue to serve as secretary / treasurer.
