Kalandiak joins First Albany Capital from Roth Capital, where she was a senior analyst covering small to mid-cap companies in the retail sector. Kalandiak earned a Bachelor's of Arts in International Relations international relations, study of the relations among states and other political and economic units in the international system. Particular areas of study within the field of international relations include diplomacy and diplomatic history, international law,  from Brown University, a Master of Business Administration in Finance from New York University New York University, mainly in New York City; coeducational; chartered 1831, opened 1832 as the Univ. of the City of New York, renamed 1896.
