KUWAIT AIRWAYS ENGAGES THE AUSTIN COMPANY TO RECONSTRUCT HANGAR AT KUWAIT CITY

 KUWAIT CITY, Kuwait, Feb. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Kuwait Airways has engaged The Austin Company to reconstruct a hangar that was severely damaged by Iraqi forces during the Persian Gulf War.
 The project, at Kuwait International Airport, includes a 247,500- square-foot maintenance facility to service narrow-body aircraft.
 Austin will be responsible for conceptual design and preliminary design, and will oversee preparation of final engineering documents.
 Austin also will provide construction support services for this $12 million project.
 Austin is collaborating with Industrial Engineering and Consulting Office (INCO), a private Kuwaiti engineering firm.
 The Austin Company is an international organization of consultants, designers, engineers and constructors. Austin serves industrial, commercial and governmental markets. Headquartered in Cleveland, where it was founded in 1878, the company operates through 40 offices in North America, South America, Europe, Australia and Japan.
