), Korea's second largest mobile operator, has launched interoperable Multimedia Messaging Service See MMS.  (MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) An enhanced transmission service that enables graphics, video clips and sound files to be transmitted via cellphones. Developed as part of the 3GPP project, MMS phones are generally backward compatible with SMS and EMS. ) for its 12 million mobile subscribers. The service, named KTF 00345 MMS, combines KTF's strong market position with Aicent's global MMS interworking (standard) interworking - Systems or components, possibly from different origins, working together to perform some task. Interworking depends crucially on standards to define the interfaces between the components.  network. KTF is immediately interoperable with 100 leading mobile operators connected to the Aicent MMS Gateway, eliminating the need for KTF to build one-to-one connections with each global operator.

Powered by Aicent MMS Gateway, KTF 00345 MMS now offers subscribers a dynamic and personalized messaging experience across national and international networks. KTF customers who select the new KTF 00345 MMS service will seamlessly connect with family and friends around the world via a broad range of mobile messaging capabilities, including photo, audio and video messages.
