Copies can be easily reduced or enlarged by using the 50-200% zoom feature, and one-touch functions are available to customize copy quality even further. Documents and photos can be scanned in 24-bit color directly to a PC with ScanSoft PaperPort(R) SE from Nuance and then annotated or edited; saved in PDF, JPEG, or TIFF format; or converted to editable text using the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) feature. Both the flatbed glass and the standard automatic document feeder support documents up to legal size (8.5" x 14"). The magicolor 2480 MF includes FaxTalk Communicator(TM) software, which provides convenient digital PC Fax send and receive functionality.
