NAVSEA consists of four shipyards, eight "warfare centers" (two undersea and six surface), four major shipbuilding locations and the NAVSEA headquarters, for design and construction of the U.S. Navy's Photonics Mast. The contract includes various production options valued at up to an additional $46 million.
