KODAK COMMENTS ON OPERATIONS IN GERMANY

 ROCHESTER, N.Y., Dec. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Eastman Kodak Company (NYSE: EK) officials said today that no decision has been made concerning restructuring alternatives proposed by the management of Kodak AG, its German subsidiary headquartered in Stuttgart.
 The statement came in response to a published report from Germany indicating specific plans for downsizing Kodak operations in that country.
