KNOWLEDGE ADVENTURE ANNOUNCES ESTABLISHMENT OF PUBLISHING DIVISION TO DEVELOP SOFTWARE PRODUCTS

 Publishing Division To Utilize Knowledge Adventure's Authoring Tool
 NEW YORK, Sept. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Knowledge Adventure Inc., the leading developer of multimedia educational software products, today announced that it has established a publishing division to independently develop Knowledge Adventure software products. Knowledge Adventure's Publishing Division will be headed by Dave Gobel, currently vice president of licensing and acquisitions at the company.
 Using Knowledge Adventure's Authoring Tool, independent content developers will develop software titles incorporating the company's proprietary multimedia compression and video technology. Upon completion, the titles will be marketed and distributed by the company as its own software products. Knowledge Adventure's products are distributed extensively throughout major software stores, mass merchants, software catalogs, and direct marketing organizations. This division will be releasing its first software product in the fourth quarter of 1993.
