KMG's and AGE's The Kirkwood Group to Consult On Production for Global/Victory's Mini-Series.

Kaleidoscope Media Group (OTC BB:KMGG) and Abrams Gentile Entertainment (AGE) announce that The Kirkwood Group (TKG), their joint venture partnership, has agreed in principle to an overall production consultancy with Global Entertainment Production B.V. and Victory Media Group of Germany for their slate of television mini-series.

This agreement will allow Global/Victory to achieve a vital presence in the worldwide marketplace as well as establish them in U.S. market by gaining all important access and credibility to major talent in the entertainment industry.

TKG will utilize its collective relationships, resources and pre-established infrastructure of the assembled groups and individuals that comprise the organization to directly support and help in developing, packaging and producing Global/Victory's selective entertainment vehicles for feature film and television by securing high profile slate of actors, actresses, writers and directors.

The Kirkwood Group is headed up by Gene Kirkwood, an Academy Award winning producer of the worldwide blockbuster, Rocky with Sylvester Stallone; Ironweed starring Academy Award winners Jack Nicholson and Meryl Streep; New York, New York starring Robert DeNiro and Liza Minnelli directed by Martin Scorsese; Gorky Park with William Hurt and Lee Marvin; The Pope of Greenwich Village starring Mickey Rourke and Eric Roberts; Comes a Horseman with Jane Fonda and James Caan; The Idolmaker with Peter Gallagher and over fifteen other major motion pictures. To implement this overall plan and successfully deliver and accomplish these goals, TKG will immediately start development in regard to DIAMOND HUNTERS and PONTIUS PILATE, two new major mini-series. DIAMOND HUNTERS is anticipated to begin principal photography in October in South Africa, while PONTIUS PILATE plans a March 2000 start in Morocco.

Victory has previously signed KMG to be its exclusive North American distributor as well as for other territories outside the U.S. in which KMG has important relationships. The first production from Victory, the new SHAKA ZULU four-hour mini-series, which has an international cast of stars including Baywatch's David Hasselhoff and Raiders of the Lost Ark's Karen Allen, finished principal photography recently in Morocco for delivery September `99. The original Shaka mini-series, produced over 10 years ago, was a major worldwide success.
