KLSX-FM FINDS RUBIN REGULAR SLOT.

Byline: - Fred Shuster

Sam Rubin, entertainment reporter for KTLA-TV (Channel 5), has landed a show at KLSX-FM (97.1).

Rubin, a longtime vacation fill-in at the talk outlet, can be heard from the time Howard Stern wraps up around 11 a.m. until Jonathan Brandmeier starts at noon.

Previously, KLSX filled the time with Brandmeier best-of tapes.

Silver also revealed he would extend top-rated Tom Leykis' 3-to-7 p.m. shift by one hour, starting in a few weeks.
