KIPLING AND KIDS TALE OF MONGOOSE SET FOR CURTAIN CALL.

PALMDALE Palmdale, city (1990 pop. 68,842), Los Angeles co., S Calif., in the irrigated Antelope Valley; a growing residential suburb of Los Angeles near Little Rock Creek where it forms Lake Palmdale Reservoir, inc. 1962.  - Rudyard Rudyard is a lakeside village in the county of Staffordshire, England, west of Leek, Staffordshire and on the shore of Rudyard Lake.

The lake was built in 1797 by the engineer John Rennie to provide water for the Caldon Canal.
 Kipling's story of a mongoose mongoose, name for a large number of small, carnivorous, terrestrial Old World mammals of the civet family. They are found in S Asia and in Africa, with one species extending into S Spain.  that lives with an English family in India will be performed at 7:30 p.m. Friday and 2 p.m. Saturday at the Palmdale Playhouse.

``Rikki-Tikki-Tavi'' will be presented by the Palmdale Playhouse's Junior Summer Theatre Camp youngsters, who have spent the past two weeks learning about theater and rehearsing.

Designed for children ages 9 to 13, the program includes lessons in acting, auditioning, makeup makeup

In the performing arts, material used by actors for cosmetic purposes and to help create the characters they play. Not needed in Greek and Roman theatre because of the use of masks, makeup was used in the religious plays of medieval Europe, in which the angels' faces
, scene painting and dance movement.
