KINGS NOTEBOOK: ROOKIE BELANGER THE BIG WINNER.

Another tradition is that one of their players comes back married.

Center Ian Laperriere Ian Laperrière (born January 19, 1974 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada) is an ice hockey player in the NHL. He played in the QMJHL 1990-1993 and was drafted by the St. Louis Blues of the NHL in the 7th round and pick number 158 in the 1992 draft.  took the plunge last year with his long-time girlfriend, Magali. This time it was rookie Eric Belanger Éric Bélanger (born December 16, 1977 in Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada) is a Canadian professional hockey centre. He currently plays for the National Hockey League's Minnesota Wild. , who married his French-Canadian girl friend, Alexandra, on Saturday with several teammates as witnesses.

``It was something we had been planning for some time,'' Belanger said. ``We'll do a big wedding back in Quebec this summer, but we thought now was a good time to do it.''

Kings goaltenders Jamie Storr Jamie Storr (born December 28, 1975 in Brampton, Ontario) is a Canadian ice hockey goaltender currently playing for the DEG Metro Stars of the DEL.

Storr is half-Chinese and has Chinese dragons on his mask to honor his mother.
