KINGS NOTEBOOK: KINGS WASTE LITTLE TIME.

Even after back-to-back games on the East Coast, the Kings practiced Tuesday in preparation for today's big game with Dallas.

The Kings, which recorded a point in six of their past seven games - all on the road, are sixth in the Western Conference with 65 points.

Although they are just one point back, the Stars are eighth in the West after Monday's 3-1 loss to the Mighty Ducks
