Those irreverent babies with their own unique points of view have put together an act and they're taking it on the road.

Tommy, Angelica, Chucky and the gang - collectively known as the Rugrats - are coming to town in the stage show ``Rugrats - A Live Adventure.''

All your favorite characters will be entertaining you - in person - in this stage musical based on the popular TV series on Nickelodeon.

The musical opens March 25 at the Universal Amphitheatre, with additional performances March 26, 27 and 28. Tickets are $20, $28 and $33. Ticketmaster: (213) 252-8497.

Mickey and you

Submissions will be taken at Wal-Mart stores across the country March 1-31. Prizes will be awarded to first-, second- and third-place winners.

Sea treasures

Learn how sea creatures survive in a sometimes wet and dry habitat during two sets of preschool classes called ``Tide Pool Treasures.''

Adult partners and their 3-year-olds meet from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday and Feb. 6. Four-year-olds and their adult partners meet from 12:30 to 2 p.m. Saturday and Feb. 6 at the Natural History Museum.

Museum educator Carl Carranza will read stories and lead hands-on activities. Admission for adult/child pair: $20 museum members, $25 for nonmembers. The museum is located at 900 Exposition Blvd., Los Angeles. Information: (213) 763-3466.
