Diana Haun, 35, was arrested at her home Saturday and had been scheduled to be arraigned in Ventura Municipal Court on Thursday. ``We are actively investigating her (Haun) and several other suspects in this case, as well as continuing in the processing of evidence,'' Lt. Carl Handy, the supervising detective, said in a prepared statement.

Sherri Renee Dally was last seen on May 6 outside the Target store on East Main Street in Ventura, where she had shopped.

Witnesses told police Dally was seen walking to her car outside the store about 9:30 a.m. A car pulled behind Dally's van and blocked the van. The female driver approached Dally, the two women talked, and Dally then walked to the car and entered a rear passenger door.

Investigators served search warrants at homes in Ventura and Port Hueneme on Saturday, interviewed and later arrested Haun.

Dally's body has not been found. Ventura police said a $4,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the victim's body.

Investigators labeled the case an ``unusual disappearance'' when Dally was reported missing. They have not said why Dally is considered the victim of a kidnapping and homicide homicide (hŏm`əsīd), in law, the taking of human life. Homicides that are neither justifiable nor excusable are considered crimes. A criminal homicide committed with malice is known as murder, otherwise it is called manslaughter. .

Dally is married, has two small children and runs a day care center out of her Ventura home. Dally is described as a white female adult, 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 130 pounds, with shoulder-length blond hair, blue eyes Blue eyes are eyes that have blue irises (see eye color), and may also refer to:
