KFWB SCHEDULES ITS TRAFFIC REPORTS LIKE CLOCKWORK.

Drivers merely have to look upward to find out when news radio KFWB-AM (980) will broadcast its next traffic updates.

The station's new citywide billboard campaign features a digital clock that automatically adjusts the time to the next traffic report.

KFWB's road reports take place every 10 minutes. It is the only local station to deliver such updates at the same time each hour, around the clock, throughout the week.

The red-and-white billboards state: ``Traffic on the `Ones,' '' a reference to the fact that KFWB offers its updates at :1, :11, :21 and :31, etc., minutes past each hour.

In other radio news, all-talk KFI-AM (640) has replaced the ``Mr. KFI KFI Key from Image
