STEVEN C. DANATOS, a member of the New York Chapter, has been promoted to Vice President-Taxes for Continental Grain Company. Prior to joining Continental Grain, Mr. Danatos was Vice President-Tax for Siemens Corporation where he had responsibility for all tax matters for of Siemens companies in the United States. Previously he was Vice President-Tax for J.M. Huber Corp., where he was a member of TEI's New Jersey Chapter. Mr. Danatos is an attorney and certified public accountant Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

He holds a B.S. degree in accounting from Montclair State College, an MBA degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University Fairleigh Dickinson University, at Florham-Madison and Teaneck-Hackensack, N.J.; coeducational; incorporated and opened 1942 as a junior college, became a four-year college in 1948 and a university in 1956. , a J.D. degree from Rutgers Law School, and an LL.M. degree in taxation from Villanova Law School.
