KENNY LEADS ICE DOGS TO WIN.Byline: Associated Press Rob Kenny scored two third-period goals and assisted on Patrik Augusta's first-period score as the Ice Dogs defeated the Milwaukee Admirals 4-2 in an International Hockey League game Wednesday night at the Sports Arena. Kenny scored the game-winner with 7:11 to play and the game's final goal with 3:18 remaining. It was his first three-point game of the season. The Ice Dogs took a 2-1 lead with 8:17 to play on Jozef Cierny's goal, his 21st of the season but first since Feb. 9. Cierny sustained an ankle injury Feb. 16, missed the next 12 games, and had been scoreless in five games since returning to action. Milwaukee cut the deficit to 3-2 on defenseman Pat Tilley's 10th goal of the season with 6:38 to play. |
