KENDO LAUNCHES BIG APPLE COMPUTER MAGAZINE

NEW YORK, April 9 /PRNewswire/ -- April 7, 1993, marks the birth of New York's only hometown computer publication -- The New York Metro Computer Press.
Publisher Ron Corvino (who also captains Promenade magazine and radio control bible RC Super Speed) today said the New York Metro Computer Press is a boon for both local computer users and computer related businesses. It will provide local readers with local hardware, software, and service resources -- while giving local computer businesses a unique and cost efficient way to reach their market -- the New York Metro computer user.
Said Corvino, "If California is the Silicon Valley, then New York is the Silicon Mountain, and until now, no one has sought to service this dynamic user base. The NY Metro Computer Press changes all that, starting today. We will be a vital and open forum for the exchange of ideas, and the launching of new technologies. Like the city itself, we will provide a uniquely vibrant and exciting environment for both intellectual and material commerce."
