KELLY TEMPORARY SERVICES NAMES VANCE VICE PRESIDENT OF METRO MARKETS

 TROY, Mich., Oct. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Kelly Temporary Services, a division of Kelly Services (NASDAQ: KELYA, KELYB), the nation's largest staffing support company, has named Jesse C. Vance vice president, Metro Markets Division, at the company's world headquarters in Troy.
 In this position, Vance oversees the operations of all Kelly Temporary Services offices in six cities -- Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, Houston, Minneapolis and Washington, D.C.
 Prior to joining Kelly Temporary Services, Vance was vice president, Southeast Region, for Talent Tree Personnel Services in Atlanta. Earlier in his career, he worked for Norrell Services in North Carolina, and for Kimberly-Clark Health Care in Houston.
 Vance holds a bachelor of science degree in pre-law and business from Florida State University (FSU) in Tallahassee, and is a graduate of the University of Virginia's Darden School of Management.
 He is a member of the National Sales and Marketing Executives, Rotary International and the FSU Alumni Association.
