'Naruhodo! au' is free and accessible from both mobiles and PCs. It allows au users to post and respond to questions in order to resolve issues amongst themselves. Users must register to post questions but anyone can access the information on the site without registration.

KDDI is offering au points, good for discounts on service, to whoever posts the top-ranked question.
