KAZAKHSTAN - Nov. 3 - Saudi Ties Boost.

Saudi 2nd Deputy PM and Defence Minister Prince Sultan Ibn Abdel Aziz ends a 4-day visit in Astana and a joint communique says the two states agreed to boost ties and trade, with a joint commission to be re-activated. Saudi investments in Kazakh projects will increase. Prince Sulan has donated $5m for a hospital in Astana. A Saudi Development Fund loan is to finance the Astana-Karkanda road project.
