KALO Inc. adds Doug John as its director of sales and marketing. He will coordinate the selling efforts of KALO regional business managers and independent representatives. John is a 33-year veteran of the agriculture industry. He began his career with Monsanto, where his focus was on technical sales. After serving three years as president and general manager of Waverly Farm Supply in Waverly, Iowa, he joined the sales and marketing team of BASF, where he worked for 28 years.
