K.M. Yang Named General Manager of Watkins-Johnson International - Korea Operations.

:WJ) today announced that K.M. Yang has been promoted to general manager of Watkins-Johnson International - Korea (WJIK).

WJIK is the Korean sales and service operation of Watkins-Johnson's Semiconductor Equipment Group (SEG n. 1. (Bot.) Sedge.

Prior to his promotion, Yang served as sales and marketing manager since joining WJIK in early 1994.

Commenting on the promotion, Dr. Patrick J. Brady, SEG president, said, "K.M. is exceptionally qualified to manage our business in Korea. He was largely responsible for growing WJ's business in that country from less than $20 million in 1993 to almost $70 million in 1996 -- nearly a four-fold increase in just two and a half years."
