.com, launched this month its Agent Xchange community portal and resource site for New York-area real estate agents.

The site features "AXa.m.," a free daily morning email newsletter that deals with breaking news developments, tips and trends, insider information and other issues related to the real estate industry. Agents can sign up for the daily newsfeed A collection of discussions or headlines that are published for distribution to the general public. "Many of the newer agents in the real estate profession expressed a desire for a more structured and more collaborative spirit of cooperation akin to the corporate world they left behind," said AgentXchange founder and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. The community site includes forums and discussion boards which enable agents to post message topics to the group and exchange news and information with colleagues.

Site members will be able to post and have access to industry-only broker open house events and luncheons and communicate updates on price reductions on available properties. Agents can set their email preferences upon log-in and customize filters for controlling email and communications flow through the site's SpamX anti-spam tool.

 of listings by some overly zealous agents has gotten out of control. I'm looking forward to being able to receive only those listings I want on a real time basis--at the same time, I'll be able to access all exclusives, which have been sent by agents on the new website," said Jan Sasson of epropertygroup.

Another unique feature is the site's Universal Search engine of listings by brokerage, aggregating all available property listings from Manhattan's most active real estate firms and local newspapers.
