Launched as part of EarthWeb.com's Networking Channel, the site carries information and news on such topics as network security, infrastructure, management, standards and protocols, and network services.

Also, Jupitermedia's Jupiterimages division continues it expansion through acquisition with the acquisition of all the shares of Workbook, Inc. (Los Angeles, CA) from Alexis Scott. Workbook Stock, a division of Workbook, Inc., is a provider of high-end rights-managed images. No terms were given. Jupiterimages now owns and operates 25 separate photo and animation image brands, including Photos.com, Comstock Images, Stock Image, BananaStock and AnimationFactory.com.
