Jupiter redesigns student clarinet.

JUPITER BAND INSTRUMENTS has redesigned its 631 student clarinet. The 630NMO provides beginners with a bigger sound and better response. Incorporating a slightly larger .583" bore and offset trill key configuration, the 631NMO's improved scale provides better playability and intonation.

The larger .583" bore creates a freer blowing instrument that younger players can control with ease. The French offset trill key configuration provides a bigger sound than the inline key configuration, while helping students to get accustomed to a feature that is the market standard on professional clarinets.

Other features on the 631NMO include 65mm barrel, ABS resin, matte finish, nickel silver bell ring, undercut tone holes, forged nickel-plated nickel silver keys, adjustable thumb rest, adjustable neck strap, and ABS molded case. The 631NMO joins with the 631NM (.577" bore) to provide a solid choice for young clarinet players in any program.

Combined with Jupiter's lowest clarinet prices in over a decade, these new models offer great opportunity to increase student sales and rental programs while controlling profit margins.
