Qualifications: Applicants must excel academically, show exceptional leadership potential, and have an impact on their communities through service to others.

Deadlines: January 9th of the student's senior year of high school.

Discover Card Tribute Award Scholarships are given to high school juniors who excel in three of the following areas: Special Talents, Leadership, Community Service, and Obstacles Overcome. So, you may win this scholarship for your singing ability, volunteer efforts at your church, or just surviving a tough childhood. The funds may be used for any type of post-high school education, including trade and technical schools.

Amount: $2,500 awarded to nine students from each state and the District of Columbia District of Columbia, federal district (2000 pop. 572,059, a 5.7% decrease in population since the 1990 census), 69 sq mi (179 sq km), on the east bank of the Potomac River, coextensive with the city of Washington, D.C. (the capital of the United States). . $25,000 awarded to nine students for national scholarships.

Qualifications: Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited accredited

recognition by an appropriate authority that the performance of a particular institution has satisfied a prestated set of criteria.
