Julie Jacobs Joins Clinical Trial Services (CTS) as Director of Clinical Services; New Director Brings 16 Years of Experience in the Area of Clinical Supplies.

In this role Ms. Jacobs will be responsible for directing a team of project managers and project coordinators who manage all aspects of packaging and distributing clinical supplies for clinical trials.

Ms. Jacobs joins CTS from GlaxoSmithKline, where she served as Manager, Clinical Trial Supply Projects. In that position she supervised the day-to-day activities of clinical supplies project leaders, developed and implemented process improvement initiatives, and trained new personnel.

Prior to her career at Glaxo, Ms. Jacobs worked as a clinical pharmacist pharmacist /phar·ma·cist/ (fahr´mah-sist) one who is licensed to prepare and sell or dispense drugs and compounds, and to make up prescriptions.
