Mr. Stone was part of a discussion that concentrated on all the major considerations of buying your first home, including location, deeds, title insurance, closing costs Closing Costs

The numerous expenses (over and above the price of the property) that buyers and sellers normally incur to complete a real estate transaction. Costs incurred include loan origination fee, discount points, appraisal fee, title search, title insurance, survey, taxes,
, financing a mortgage, tax write-offs and the roles of the broker, salesperson and attorney.

The panel also discussed the difference between buying a single-family home, a condominium or a co-op and the advantages of each.

Some of the featured speakers included Donald Trump, Rudy Giuliani and Doug Wilson, from TLC's Trading Spaces.
