Julia B. Fee Real Estate comes to Clintons' hometown.

Julia B. Fee Real Estate, a Westchester-based full service residential real estate sales firm, has announced the opening of its new office in Chappaqua, N.Y. The new office makes its home in an ideal location on King Street and now serves the market of Northern Westchester, including Chappaqua, Armonk, Bedford, Briarcliff Manor, Hawthorne, Millwood and Pleasantville.

"Chappaqua and the surrounding areas have shown tremendous growth in the past decade," said Randall Katchis, principal of Julia B. Fee Real Estate and a 10-year resident of Chappaqua. "As with each of the communities we currently work in, Julia B. Fee hopes to grow along with Chappaqua and support the local residents, businesses and social organizations as much as we can."

Between 2002 and 2003, the median sale price for a home in Chappaqua rose by more than 16% to $920,000 and the average number of days on the market fell from 191 to 186. This is a very active residential real estate market and based on the compound growth rate of almost 8% over the past seven years, the trend is likely to continue.

Managing the Chappaqua office is Joanna Rizoulis, a New York attorney. She brings 10 years of management, sales and marketing experience to Julia B. Fee.
