The Julia B. Fee Real Estate office in Scarsdale, which boasts beautiful Tudor style Tudor style, descriptive of the English architecture and decoration of the first half of the 16th cent., prevailing during the reigns (1485–1558) of Henry VII, Henry VIII, Edward VI, and Mary I. windows, has prevented the firm from participating in past Halloween Window Painting Contests. Hosted by the Scarsdale Chamber of Commerce, in conjunction with the Scarsdale Recreation Department, the painting contest is an all-day event which concludes with the village's annual Halloween parade in Chase Park, located in the center of the village. The event was held on Sunday, October 24, outside the Julia B. Fee Scarsdale office in the village of Scarsdale. The real estate firm also donated do·nate v. do·nat·ed, do·nat·ing, do·nates v.tr.
