His name reached its greatest notoriety in the years since his death under the leadership of his sons, first with an , one at 155 Spring St. and another at 612 Madison Ave. at the General Motors Building. The lease at 155 Spring St. in SoHo involved 1,400 SF, and the lease at Madison Avenue Madison Avenue, celebrated street of Manhattan, borough of New York City. It runs from Madison Square (23d St.) to the Madison Bridge over the Harlem River (138th St.). In the 1940s and 50s, some of the major U.S. involved 1,500 SF. Stuart Ellman and Helene Wall, executive directors of Judson Realty, negotiated both transactions.
