Judith Ferencz.Judith Anne Ferencz, of Westminster, Maryland Westminster is a city in Carroll County, Maryland, United States. The population was 16,731 at the 2000 census. It is the county seat of Carroll CountyGR6. Westminster is within the Baltimore-Washington Metropolitan Area. , died August 23, 2003, from complications following cancer surgery. Ferencz was most recently active with MTNA MTNA Music Teachers National Association MTNA Middle Tennessee Nursery Association (McMinnville, Tennessee) as the Eastern Division Senior Competitions coordinator. She also was a former president of the Carroll County MTA (1) (Message Transfer Agent or Mail Transfer Agent) The store and forward part of a messaging system. See messaging system.
